In order to submit a panel proposal please follow the simple steps:
1. Access the panel proposal form using the link below. 2. Fill in the panel proposall title. 3. Fill in the panel proposal abstratc; abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must clearly express the theme and goal of the panel. 4. Submit.
After you submit your panel proposal you may add members to the panel:
1. Please use the "View panels" link (left-side menu) to access you panel proposal. 2. Choose the panel proposal you want to add members to (you may have submitted several panel proposals). 3. Click on the title of you panel proposal and use the link "Add delegates to this panel". 4. Fill in the email addresses of the members you wish to add to the panel proposal, separated by commas (please note that members should have completed their profiles previously, otherwise you will receive an error message).
All members you add to your panel proposal will be able to check membership at their own profiles.
